This series begins with origami, transforming the light, casual act of folding into a controlled structural process. Using industrial scrap materials—such as steel sheets, printed circuit boards, and mechanical components—the works are assembled through folding, joining, and exposed fasteners. Smooth surfaces are folded yet constrained by weight and structure, causing forms that suggest flight and freedom to become slowed and grounded. Folding here shifts from a manual gesture into a structural language, positioned between architectural logic and bodily action. Suspended between lightness and weight, control and deviation, these objects remain in an unresolved state—approaching the form of flight, yet never leaving the ground.
